Suffolk County Fire Rescue
Suffolk County Fire Rescue is a government faction of ANZUSGaming. The faction holds several departments which specialize in saving lives and helping others.
The Suffolk County Fire Rescue's primary goal is to make sure the citizens of Suffolk County remain healthy and safe from any diseases. Emergency Medical Service personnel within the Suffolk County Fire Rescue put their own lives at risk to deliver effective health care to those in need.
The Suffolk County Fire Rescue is directed by the Chief of Medical as well as any administrative orders issued by the Governor's Office.

Where to apply
Anyone wishing to apply for the Suffolk County Fire Rescue may do so on the ANZUSGaming Official Forums. By clicking on the "Recruitment" tab at the top of the forums, and then clicking on Suffolk County Fire Rescue you will be taken to the application page for the Suffolk County Fire Rescue.
Please fill out and copy the template as a new topic if you wish to apply for the Suffolk County Fire Rescue. Applications must be unique and copying someone else's application will result in your application being denied, and possibly being barred from joining the Suffolk County Fire Rescue.
Application Requirements
- Applicants wishing to apply for the State Fire and Rescue must be over the age of 16.
- Applicants who have recently left a whitelisted faction eg. Suffolk County Sheriff's Office, must wait 3 days after leaving to apply for the Suffolk County Fire Rescue.
- The name of the Applicant must be different from your civilian name in both the first name and last name.
- Applicants must use the following title *Your Desired Suffolk County Fire Rescue Name* - SCFR Application. For example, Mort Higgins - SCFR Application is an acceptable title.
- Applicants cannot be blacklisted from the Suffolk County Fire Rescue on any character, if you are blacklisted you must successfully appeal your blacklist before applying to re-join.
After successfully joining the Suffolk County Fire Rescue, potential employees will be required to sign a contract agreement within Roleplay.
Suffolk County Fire Rescue Divisions
Medical Command
The Suffolk County Fire Rescue is led by the Medical Command, which consists of the Medical Commissioner, the Chief, and the Deputy Chief of Medical. These individuals are responsible for the leadership and development of the Suffolk County Fire Rescue.
The Medical Commissioner is a role which is appointed by the ANZUSGaming Senior Management Team (SMT). The current Medical Commissioner is Paul Phantom; it is his role to liaise between SMT and Medical Leadership.
Under the Chief's Office is Department Overwatch; this consists of two Battalion Chiefs. Under overwatch, there are two Department Heads: the Captain of the Academy and the Captain of Rescue Services.
Rescue Services
Recruits start in the Rescue Services Department. This is the SCFR's largest division consisting of medical personnel solely dedicated to their role in emergency medicine and rescue.
Rescue Services' priority is responding to casualties familiarly known as "life alerts". The SCFR attends to other hazards and responsibilities:
- Fires (Building, Vehicle, Wildfires)
- Chemical Leaks (Including Acetone)
- House Calls
- Rescue Missions (Unconcious Patient Missions)
- Stranded Civillian Pings
- Escorting Organ Transport Vehicles
- Hospital Services (Organ Transplants, Facial Reconstruction, Blood Transfusions)
- Other Biohazards or Outbreaks
- Blood Drives
Academy
In addition to manning the Island's rescue services, medical personnel may opt to join the Academy division. The SCFR Academy Department is responsible for the recruitment and training of new medical personnel. This includes managing the medical roster, processing applications, and any other administrative assistance such as training or promotion reports.
Personnel ranked Paramedic or higher may apply for the academy. You must be an academy member to progress to the rank of Paramedic in Charge.

Complaints and Questions
Questions
Any questions by members of the public may be forwarded to any supervisor or command member on duty at the time. Questions specifically directed at operating procedures and policies must be followed through your specific department Command.
Complaints
Any complaints regarding corruption or misconduct must be forwarded through the chain of command or via Discord ticket.
If you wish to report a member of the Suffolk County Fire Rescue, evidence that is current within Roleplay which requires both a go-pro and wire item, is highly suggested. However, Internal Affairs still accepts and will review statements given to them by members of the Public or members of the Suffolk County Fire Rescue.
